As a family-owned business, we were inspired by a desire to stay united while sharing our roots, culture, and traditions—bringing an authentic taste of Mexico to communities across the United States.

Our story began as a small tortilla factory, serving warm tortillas directly over the counter to our neighbors. From those humble beginnings, we set out to raise the standard by using higher-quality ingredients and staying true to traditional methods. The journey was not easy—we faced many challenges along the way in our effort to do things the right way. But perseverance, dedication, and belief in our mission kept us moving forward.
